BISMARCK, N.D. (Valley News Live) - ND Rep. Koppelman discussed legislation that has been presented to the ND House to allow consumers to sue social media companies for free speech violations. Also, they’re seeing legislation that would prevent employers from requiring their employees to be vaccinated.
