NDT- Cooking with Cash-Wa – Kale Chips

FARGO, N.D. (Valley News Live) -
· 2 bunches Fresh Kale (Lacinato if available)
· 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
· 2-3 Tablespoons Ranch Dressing Mix
Remove the leaves of the kale from the harder stalk and tear into 4″ pieces. Wash in plenty of cold water, drain, and remove excess water using a salad spinner or paper towels. Set aside.
Set an oven rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment paper and set aside.
In a large bowl, toss the kale with the olive oil and the seasoning mix until the leaves are coated well.
Spread out the kale on the baking sheets and bake until crisp; begin checking for doneness at 12 minutes. Enjoy!
