The identity of the driver killed in a two-vehicle crash in Walsh County, North Dakota, has been released.

Investigators say a pickup driven by 75-year-old Gerard Albin Dahl of Park RIver was heading west and making a left turn when it crossed in front of an oncoming vehicle and was hit on the passenger side.

Dahl, who was not wearing a seat belt, was killed in the crash.

The other driver, 55-year-old James Oliver Gustafson of Adams, was taken by ambulance for treatment.

The crash happened around 10 a.m. Friday, about 6 miles west of Park River.
